Every feature for 14 days, and we'll help you get started. ## From accepted quote to installation in five steps. 1. **You build templates your way**: A separate template for countertops, stairs or headstones. You lay out the steps the way your workshop really works, and change them whenever you like. 2. **You create the job from the quote**: From an accepted quote, with a ready template. You can change the steps of one job without touching the template. 3. **You schedule appointments**: Drag measurements and installations from the queue onto the calendar. An unconfirmed date stands out straight away. 4. **You set the production queue**: You decide what goes first. Every work station sees its own queue. 5. **You follow the progress**: You tick off the steps yourself, or your workers do it on their phones. Next steps wait for the previous ones and the job status updates by itself. ## Production you can see as a whole. ### Job templates A separate template for each type of realization: countertops, stairs, headstones. You build them your way and change them at any time. ### Work stations Bridge saw, polisher, CNC: every station has its own queue and its own people. ### Appointment calendar Measurements and installations in one calendar, with a queue of tasks waiting for a date. ### Order of steps Cutting waits for measurement, installation for processing. We're rolling it out to workshops gradually. Write to us and we'll tell you when it can start for you. ### Do I need the Quotes module? Yes. A job is created from an accepted quote, so Realizations works together with the Quotes module. ### Can I change a template, or the steps of a single job? Yes. You can change a template at any time, and adjust the steps of a single job without touching the template. ### Does every worker have to click through tasks? No. You can run realizations yourself or with a production manager who ticks off the steps. If you want, you give workers the phone app with their tasks. They don't need a computer. ### How much does the module cost? We'll announce the price soon.
