How it works
An orderly yard in five steps.
- 1You do an opening stocktakeYou enter what's in the yard today. From then on every receipt and issue is recorded.
- 2You label slabs with QR codesPrint labels on a Zebra printer. A scan shows the material, the dimensions and the history of the slab.
- 3You order and receive deliveriesMissing slabs go onto a wholesaler order. When they arrive, you confirm receipt on your phone and the stock updates itself.
- 4You reserve slabs for quotesYou assign slabs from stock to an accepted quote. Nobody takes a reserved slab for another job.
- 5Remnants go back into stockAfter cutting you add the remnant with its dimensions and a label. When a customer wants something smaller, you reach for a remnant instead of cutting a new slab.

How does Slabstone keep track of stock?
You start with a stocktake that sets your zero point. From then on every receipt and issue is recorded, so the stock in the system matches the yard and you don't have to go out and check every slab.
Running a warehouse sounds like extra work. Won't it make my life harder?
It takes a habit, but Slabstone does most of it. An order creates the items to receive by itself, and when the delivery arrives you confirm it against the list and stick on the labels. Fewer mistakes and less paperwork chaos is time you get back.
Can I print QR code labels?
Yes. Every slab gets its own number and a QR label for a Zebra printer. A scan shows the slab straight away, and its history tells you which slab went into which job, even a year later.
Can I manage remnants?
Yes, and it often pays off fastest. You record the remnant's size and print a label. When a customer asks for two small windowsills, you filter the remnants and earn on material that used to sit in the yard.
My accountant wants stock figures every month. How do I do that?
Do a stocktake for the chosen day and export it to CSV. No going through invoices or counting by hand at the end of the month.
Do I see what I have in stock while quoting?
Yes, with the Quotes and Warehouse modules. Next to each material you see whether it's in your yard. Often the perfect slab is already there, so you don't order a new one or tie up money.
Can I show my stock to customers?
Yes. The public stock page shows selected materials on a separate page, with or without prices. We switch it on at your request.
How many workers get access?
The module includes 3 workers; each additional one costs PLN 99 per month.
