- 1You pick a materialFrom up-to-date price lists of sintered stone and quartz manufacturers or from your own catalogue. Several materials in one quote are no problem.
- 2You enter the piecesCountertops, windowsills, stairs, and also circles, triangles and corners. A long list can be imported from a CSV file.
- 3You check the layoutThe algorithm lays the pieces out on as few slabs as possible. You can drag them by hand and match them to a photo of the actual slab.
- 4You add processing and servicesEdges, cut-outs for the sink and hob, sinks, sealing, installation and transport. At rates you set yourself.
- 5You send the quoteA professional PDF with your logo. You decide whether the customer sees full prices or only the total.

How long does it take to learn?
Most users make their first quote without training and are fully up to speed after 3–10 quotes.
I have my own way of pricing. Will Slabstone force its own on me?
No. You enter your own rates, services and way of pricing, and the program remembers which markup you use for Avant quartz and which for Marazzi sintered stone.
How does Slabstone know my supplier discounts?
You enter them once when setting up: separate discounts and markups for each manufacturer. From then on every quote follows your terms, with no manual recalculation.
Will I find manufacturers' price lists in the system?
Yes. You get almost 3,000 items from the key sintered stone and quartz manufacturers, kept up to date by us. You can edit them and add your own materials. No more hunting for current PDF catalogues.
I price some materials per square metre and others per whole slab. Is that possible?
Yes. For each material you choose whether you bill the area used or whole slabs, and you can switch with one click even while quoting.
How many materials fit in one quote?
No limit. One offer can have as many materials and pieces as the project needs.
Does Slabstone optimise the slab layout?
Yes. Once you enter the piece sizes, the system works out the material needed and proposes the best layout on the slabs. You can then move any piece by hand.
Can I upload a photo of a specific slab?
Yes. Upload a photo of a slab from your warehouse and match the pieces to its pattern. There's also a texture library linked to the manufacturers' price lists.
How does the quote reach the customer?
As a neat PDF with your company logo, ready to download and send. You decide how much price detail the customer sees.
